Situated within the Cairngorms National Park, Avielochan is approximately three miles north of Aviemore on the A95 heading towards Grantown-on-Spey. Aviemore is off the main A9 Perth to Inverness road.

Nearest train station
Aviemore - on the main GNER London Euston to Inverness route so the overnight sleeper stops here too. Taxis are available directly outside the station ticket office.
Nearest airport
Inverness - serviced by Easyjet, British Airways, Ryanair, British Midland. Car hire and Taxis available at the airport. There is a bus link into Inverness for trains to Aviemore.
